Built on the foundation of excellence andintegrity, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service at all ofour parking facilities.The primary role of the Accounting Specialist is to process a variety of transactions to ensure accurate monthly financials including accounts receivable and payable.This individual will oversee specific vendors to ensure that the invoices are being paid in a timely manner and then completing the reconciliations.3-5 years of experience in accounting experienceExperience processing 100+ transitions per monthQuickBooks experience required.Strong computer and data entry skills with competent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,and Pivot TablesEquivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredCollege degree preferredStrong understanding of vendor reconciliationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourSchedule:
