It's the perfect role if you're looking to diversify your professional management skills and experiences, all while further developing your leadership skills.Skills and attributes for successPerforming complex and specific audit procedures, while developing effective, client-focused audit strategiesCoaching and managing a driven team of audit professional, facilitating them to have the information, tools and opportunities they need to growProactively building relationships that support our ability to provide tailored services that meet a wide range of assurance needs and contribute to new business developmentIdentifying and reacting to potential risks and developing new ways to improve our products and processes that promote growth and increase revenueContinually updating your understanding of business trends and emerging technologies to maintain your reputation as a trusted business advisorThe ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessaryAccess to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sitesA driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locationsTo qualify for the role you must haveA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, supported by significant work experience as an auditorA record of excellence in serving clients across the insurance industryA CPA certification in the work state locationEngagement management, execution and reporting skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients with a diverse range of backgroundsConfidence in your ability to prioritize when managing multiple project simultaneouslyThe ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessaryAccess to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $85,300 to $156,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $102,400 to $177,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
