This job assumes responsibility for the daily operations of programs and projects within the Department. Coordinates and implements programs specific to department, outreach, education and other projects as assigned.
Education

Required -High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred -Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Required - 7 years ofrelated experience including exceptional marketing and sales experience or 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and Detailed oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously working under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work before or after regular work hours

    Job Duties
    • Oversees, plans and facilitates relevant educational events and programs.
    • Upholds quality oversight for program.
    • Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events.
    • Assists with marketing of the program, in-services and educational events and other programs as assigned.
    • Other related duties as required.

      The physical essential functions of this job include (but are not limited to) the following: Frequently exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force to move objects; occasionally exerting up to 100 pounds of force.
