We are a New Orleans-based property management company with multiple luxury apartment properties in New Orleans' most desirable locations. We are a resident-focused, community-driven company with an objective to offer superior property management and excellent service to our residents. With homegrown knowledge of the local real estate market, we are able to provide our residents all they need to work, play, and thrive. Our team is looking for a hands-on front desk concierge team member willing to assist our tenants with questions, concerns, maintenance emergencies and packages during evening hours. The ideal candidate should have a service-oriented mindset paired with the desire of assisting our team in creating a place to call home.Responsibilities for Concierge

  • Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
  • Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
  • Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary
  • Anticipate tenants needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional tenant experience
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering new stock as neededQualifications for Concierge
    • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
    • Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
    • Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every tenant feel valued
    • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
    • Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
    • Ability to speak a second language is an assetJob Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourSchedule:
