Job Description:
Clean Harbors seeks a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our
team in our commitment to provide high-quality environmental and
industrial services. In this key role, you'll be instrumental in
maintaining equipment and machinery used in our operations. Your
expertise will ensure we continually operate safely, efficiently,
and in an environmentally responsible manner, critical to our
mission of protecting the environment. Perform routine and
preventative maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and ensure the optimal
performance of machinery. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and
documentation in compliance with company policies and governmental
regulations. Collaborate with other team members and departments to
improve processes and implement maintenance best practices.
Participate in safety meetings and apply safety practices in all
job tasks. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment. Ability to read
and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good communication
and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of environmental and safety
regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician
(CMRT) is a plus. OSHA Safety certification beneficial.
