Job Description Job Description Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: BILINGUAL IS A PLUS Customer Satisfaction: Greet all customer and answer telephone with professionalism and courtesy Assist customers on the floor as needed Customer Installs: Mount, balance, and install customer wheels and tires Install lift and level kits Operate both computer balancer and tire machine Complete work orders and related paperwork Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools Store and Vehicle Appearance: Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment Clean, inspect, and maintain the company vehicle Keep all wheels and tires in showroom rent ready Maintain parking lot and surrounding area Clean and refurbish used wheels and tires to best possible condition Account Delinquency: Assist accounts manager in field with pick-ups Prepared and stock truck for field visits JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent Prior custom wheel and tire installation experience Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine Friendly with good communication skills Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds Valid state driver’s license and good driving record Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Tools provided Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Tire Tech: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Baton Rouge, LA 70805: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
