opportunities for growth! Position Overview 4-month contract with
potential for long-term employment Access Sciences is seeking a
Revit Integrator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. Your role at
our company will be unique, as you will not create new drawings or
models from scratch. Instead, you will act as a coordinator &
upgrade specialist. You will audit and update existing drawings and
models. You will receive drawings and models from one of the many
engineering firms we work with. It will be your responsibility to
analyze the drawing or model and bring the content up to standard.
Once the drawing or model is in compliance with current standards,
the drawing management system library is updated, and a copy is
sent to the requester. Since we manage the drawings and models
libraries for our client, you will also, at times, be asked to
catalog and update the drawing library, ensuring everything is
ready for future requests. This is a great opportunity to expand
your Revit & CAD knowledge and experience! Key responsibilities for
the Revit Integrator include: Standardize, update, and maintain
project models and integrate/transform them into Master Models for
all disciplines while adhering to client's standards. Support
multiple project teams by fulfilling sheet and model requests to
support ongoing construction or facility needs. Analyze legacy CAD
files to map previous versions of CAD standards to current
standards. Collaborate with co-workers to enhance efficient quality
work processes while following a structured process. Provide timely
communications to team leads, track and provide input data for
metrics and key performance indicators, attend and actively
participate in progress checks/status meetings. Coach, quality
check, and peer review of work products done by new hires or junior
staff members, as needed. Qualifications Education: High School
Diploma Technical program degree or professional certification
(Drafting, Autodesk, Architectural, etc.) is preferred. Experience
3 years of recent experience with Revit and AutoCAD tools,
preferably working in the construction or manufacturing field,
maintaining construction models and plan sets Navisworks & BIM360
experience is a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Skills
and Abilities Excellent written communication skills Excellent oral
communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate with
team members Ability to work independently Takes the initiative to
