Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Support Coach to provide
guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
Provides individual and group coaching assistance to students,
focusing on study skills and college success strategies
Collaborates with faculty to develop coaching support and conducts
workshops for additional academic coaching
Researches and analyzes data related to coaching program use to
evaluate student outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Two years of related work experience, including one year of
teaching or tutoring
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse learner profiles
Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends)
Experience may be waived for candidates with an advanced degree
