Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in
New Orleans, Louisiana, serving elementary school students. This
contract role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive
school environment, providing essential speech-language services to
children in grades K-8, with a focus on early childhood and
pediatric populations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized speech-language therapy to school-aged students -
Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
to support student progress - Participate in and contribute to IEP
meetings and maintain accurate documentation - Provide services in
compliance with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or
Communication Disorders - Active Louisiana SLP license or
eligibility for licensure - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC-SLP) is preferred - Experience with early childhood and
elementary school populations, particularly grades 6-8, is a plus
