Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Oversee
end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement,
logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Manage and
develop supplier relationships-domestic and international-with an
emphasis on Mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Plan and coordinate the sourcing of auto parts, marine components,
or machinery-related products. Implement supply chain strategies to
improve lead times, reduce costs, and enhance reliability. Analyze
data to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and prevent
shortages or overstock situations. Collaborate with production,
engineering, sales, and service teams to support business goals.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, shipping requirements,
and quality standards. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
to streamline operations. Qualifications Required: Fluency in
Mandarin and English (written and spoken). 5 years of supply chain
management experience, preferably in: Automotive/aftermarket parts,
Maritime maintenance or marine/boating parts, or
Machinery/equipment manufacturing and distribution. Proven
experience managing international suppliers and cross-border
logistics. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, part
specifications, and technical product lifecycles. Proficiency with
supply chain and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, negotiation,
and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced,
hands-on environment. Preferred Skills Experience dealing with
Chinese manufacturing partners or overseas factories. Knowledge of
maritime or automotive regulatory requirements. Background in lean
manufacturing, continuous improvement, or quality systems.
