Come make a difference at Ochsner Health and discover your future today!-- This job assumes responsibility for strategic oversight for marketing plans in support of an operating division; develops long-term marketing objectives to support the needs of the hospitals or service lines within the division, as well as the overall division, aligning with the overarching strategic direction for the organization including oversight of market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, data analysis and market analytics, and measures of key performance indicators. Oversees production, placement and tracking of all division marketing initiatives and is accountable for outcomes and for success of marketing goals including the development of all forms of marketing, media placement, digital engagement and management of image and reputation. This job works collaboratively with administrative and physician leaders at hospitals or service lines to ensure attainment of key operating goals; directs activities of vendors; develops and tracks budget to support client goals; works collaboratively with other divisions to maximize outreach, acquisition and retention efforts; and develops periodic reports on progress. Assumes responsibility for production and distribution of all client marketing materials; assists with projects that align marketing initiatives and other projects as directed; reports and tracks initiatives required regularly; actively participates in developing the strategic plan for the department and for clients including product/service line marketing plans, media plans, community relations activities, physician-related initiatives, internal and external marketing plans and budget allocation responsibilities; and maintains and enhances the quality, brand and image of the company brand.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work Experience
Required ---10 years--experience in marketing communications or related field including three years of management experienceKnowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.

    Job Duties
    • Establishes and oversees strategic marketing direction for the operating division of hospitals or service lines.
    • Accountable for achieving division goals that are fully aligned with the strategic business needs of the operating divisions.
    • Responsible for client relationships for marketing including administrative and physician leadership within the division.
    • Ensures the timely delivery of all marketing programs for the division to acquire, retain and engage consumers and to enhance the image and reputation of the organization.
    • Manages staff and vendors effectively to maximize results and minimize costs
    • Develops market projections and evaluates new services, opportunities, marketing methods and opportunities.
