Job DescriptionInterfacing with US Navy personnel on various aspects of the MCM USV program such as contract compliance, business management, program integration, public affairs, recommended improvements, etc.Supporting the program management staff in ensuring program implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectivesSupporting coordinating and scheduling all aspects of assigned projects among the various disciplines (e.g. production, engineering, procurement, accounting, subcontractors)Aligning the Earned Value Management System Supporting the Contract Data Requirements Listing scheduleSupporting the configuration and data management effort 10 years of experience in a shipbuilding, engineering, or related manufacturing field setting Proficient in using MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point) Strong verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding leader and motivatorStrong human relations and management skillsSound understanding of Contract Law and/or FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)Earned Value Management Systems Bachelors' of Science degree in Business, Accounting, or EngineeringPrevious supervisory experienceUS Navy or other military branch new construction and maintenance programs, purchasing, acquisitions, and/or contracting experience
