We look forward to learning what makes you passionate and purposeful. About the RoleThe A/B Testing Manager will focus on helping users take the 'next step' after they have reached the website. This role will be responsible for improving conversions and user experience by testing new designs across the public facing website. The A/B testing manager will lead and own all A/B testing initiatives across the website, while collaborating with different teams such as SEO, Content, Design, and Engineering. This role will also be required to analyze results using statistical methods, provide a final recommendation, and present on the test outcomes. What You'll Do

• Ideate new A/B testing initiatives that will help grow conversions and/or usability
• Manage and prioritize A/B testing ideas submitted by other teams
• Research and analyze analytics data to identify new testing opportunities
• Collaborate with content, design, and engineering to implement A/B tests
• Own all A/B testing initiatives across the public facing site and ensure the accuracy of the results
• Gather testing requirements from stakeholders and communicate timelines, expectations, and the testing process to the business
• Document results, trends over time and results of tests
• Create a repository of test results that can be utilized for future content development and designs
• Present testing results and final recommendations based on statistical results to stakeholders and the company What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience running A/B tests and using Analytics
  • Proficiency in Hotjar or similar tools (e.g. Crazy Egg)
  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests (split of multi-variate) using statistical methods
  • Comfortable collaborating with other teams
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing platforms and solid testing principles
  • Analytical and quantitative thinker with a data-driven mindset
