This position will be tasked with communicating, managing, and directing that vision within the department, as well as, with both internal and external customers, and constituents outside of Freeman.

This position must be able to provide clear and decisive direction to all members of the Client Solutions management team. To accomplish this there must be strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to analyze existing processes while formulating new processes to carry Account Management expertise to the next level.

Is responsible for a department that manages over $30 Million of revenue and also responsible for managing teams of 10 people or more.

  • Manages over $30 Million in revenue.
  • Manages 10 or more Client Solutions Managers in their daily work environment.
  • Manages 2 or more Assistant Directors
  • Responsible for all pipeline communication to the branch network.
  • Manages and oversees all assignments for the department
  • Manages and coordinates a consistent process of information flow utilized by all department members. -
  • Assists in managing inter-department process flow with other department heads to streamline and maintain a consistency of information and communication strategies.
  • Monitors accurate, precise Work Ticket information flow to Operations in a timely, procedural fashion.
  • Creates a cohesive presence within the department so all work in unison and with the same ultimate goals of client satisfaction.
  • Acts as liaison between departments and branches for timely issue resolution.
  • Conducts regular employee reviews along with annual Performance Evaluations.
  • Assigns and monitors workload of Account Management staff with the ability to create, review and manage client budgets.
  • Mentors and supports department employees in developing account management skills and experience.
  • Assists in new employee training along with ongoing training of current employees while creating a goal oriented atmosphere within the department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
    -Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field and seven (7) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of show site experience
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Necessary experience to organize and coordinate workload, training and scheduling of department personnel
    • Ability to supervise up to twenty (20) employees on show-site
    • Must be able to balance both Quality and Quantity thoroughness
    • Experience in event, exhibit and/or trade show account management
    • Reasonable financial background with the ability to prepare, review and approve show services budgets and invoice reconciliation
    • Ability to read construction plans, set-up drawings and floor plans
