• Provides Information Management Specialist/SME advice and support to business functions including Information Lifecycle Management
• Assist with IM Framework establishment, execution and implementation
• Advise business functions on the application of IM Strategies, Policies, Standards and Procedures including OEIM to meet their requirements
• Assist with implementation of Information Governance initiatives including development of Audit Reporting
• Provide direction for day to day usage of Applications and Tools in compliance with IP requirements, Document Discovery, Preservation Orders and information sharing agreements
• Manage Records collection, including registration/storage/processing and retrieval of non-published items (e.g. company reports)
• Develop Information Management training and awareness collateral for delivery to business functions

  • Degree in an Information Management related discipline preferred
    
    Experience:
    
    
    • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
    • Skilled in providing support / resolve for complex database systems
    • Experience in maintaining specifically assigned project databases
    • Conduct activities of Document Control like Document downloading from Assai & registration of the document (includes engineering/technical, correspondence) generated by COMPANY and CONTRACTOR to be stored in the Document Management System
    • Configure, implement and support applications related to the Document Control function to meet defined business
