Job Description:
Tulane University New Orleans, LA Full-time Veterinary The IACUC
Senior Manager will oversee the IACUC's post-approval monitoring
(PAM) programs currently in place at both the TNPRC and the New
Orleans campuses as well as implement and coordinate training
required following these PAM visits and inspections. The person
employed in this position will have direct supervisory
responsibilities over the Program Manager and work closely with the
Division of Comparative Medicine's (DCM) Training Coordinator to
ensure PAM and training requirements are met to maintain
compliance. This position is also responsible for implementing a
regular training program to educate, faculty, staff, and students
on IACUC requirements and guideline. The successful candidate will
assist with administrative pre-reviews of moderately complex animal
use protocols submitted to Tulane's IACUCs and conduct grant
congruency reviews for all animal use protocols.
