Other duties may be assigned.* The ability to adhere to a work schedule and regularly attend work to meet client and HealthComp production requirements.* The ability to work in a high paced office, call center environment.* The ability to work on a computer and multi-task (such as talk and type)* The ability to interact in a professional manner with coworkers, clients and customers.* The ability to focus on work and consistently perform tasks in compliance with HealthComp and client policies and procedures.* The ability to meet assigned deadlines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS JOB POSITION include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* The ability to use independent judgement and discretion on matters of great significance to the company.* The ability to independently recommend and carry out disciplinary action, terminations, interviews, hiring, daily coaching and other high level supervisory responsibilities.* Responsible for managing the implementation team members and all aspects of implementation with new groups and/or new products with current groups.* Trains, supports, and mentors team members.* Implements complex or high-profile clients as the lead point of contact.* Drives innovative development of client implementation processes while applying best practices.* Serves as escalation point and decision maker for implementation issues. Monitors and communicates new client successes and risks.* Works with other department leaders to provide strategic direction with best practices for onboarding new clients.* Holds internal teams accountable to meet deadlines and addresses missed deadlines with leadership team.* Responsible for knowing all products and services sold and escalating scope creep to leadership team.* Works with account management to continually improve processes and procedures for successfully onboarding new clients.* Works as part of the enterprise-level implementation team which services all locations, developing and driving a standard, measurable and effective implementation process.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit. Managerial responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization''s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; recommending termination decisions in coordination with Human Resources.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office environment, including Word and Outlook. Microsoft Excel and knowledge of insurance database system a plus.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor''s degree from four-year college or university. Minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior leadership experience preferred.CERTIFICATION/LICENSENone requiredLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents and instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizations.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
