Job Description:

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) requires the Contractor to provide the necessary personnel, materials, supplies, (except as furnished by the government) and services to provide Application Infrastructure and Cross-Functional Support for ALL Task Orders under the TIMS IT Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be accountable on behalf of the Contractor for quality delivery across all Task Orders under the BPA.



  • Oversee and supervise the work distribution across Contractor resources.


  • Manage the performance for Contractor tasks and associated deliverables.


  • Develop contract status reports.


  • Respond to program questions/issues raised during the execution of Tasks.


  • Possess full authority to act for their respective company on contract matters relating to daily operation of this BPA;


  • Be available during business hours to meet with Government personnel (designated by the CO) to discuss any items pertaining to the program.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


    • 12 + years of IT System Delivery experience including 5+ years of experience managing an Operations and Maintenance (O&M), application development, enhancement, operations program similar in size, scope, and complexity to the BPA.


    • Based on experience, consideration will be given for a Director level job title


    • Hands-on Systems Development / Integration Experience: The Government prefers the candidate to possess 5+ years of experience in hands-on system development / integration roles involving multiple subsystems and technologies using Agile delivery methodologies.


    • PMP - or PgMP - Certification: The Government prefers the candidate to have a current PMP - or PgMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The offered candidate must demonstrate that the certification is current.


    • Agile Methodology Certification: The Government prefers the candidate to have current Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).


    • Communications Skills: The Government prefers the candidate to possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials.


    • Staff Management Skills: The Government prefers the candidate to have experience with the management, workforce utilization, and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope to those proposed for this BPA. The PM must be able to clearly define and maintain a culture of performance accountability.
