This is a permanent position that will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of complex energy projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management and electronic power generation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure project success.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage complex energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.3. Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.4. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.5. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.6. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.7. Foster a positive and collaborative project team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to project management strategies.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy industry.3. Proven experience in electrical project management and electronic power generation.4. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.7. Proficient in project management software.8. PMP certification is a plus.9.
