DescriptionAs a General Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of your French Truck Coffee location, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. You'll lead and support your team, manage scheduling, inventory, and expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards-all while fostering a positive and engaging workplace.What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support caf-- staff, both front and back of house.
  • Create and manage schedules with labor goals in mind.
  • Oversee inventory, orders, and invoices.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of learning.
  • Ensure smooth operations, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear, regular communication with your Operations Manager.
  • Plan and execute training programs for all staff.Leadership & Team Support:
    • Host monthly staff meetings to maintain engagement.
    • Set and track performance goals with your team.
    • Provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth.
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve caf-- operations.If you're a strong leader who loves coffee, team development, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to have you on board!Requirements
      • At least three (3) years of operations management experience in the food service, retail, and/or hospitality industry preferred
      • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
      • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
