Pair Dental tends to attract practices new to bringing in an orthodontist. During our application process with the practice, we identify details about ortho that would have a decision making impact on a particular practice fitting your philosophy and career goals. Practice will have all the instruments and Ortho DA's set up and ready for you on treatment days. Per Diem and bonus are completely negotiable. We represent over 500 talented traveling specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career is challenging. Even if you own a private practice or work for a DSO, many specialists have available days in their schedule that they'd like to fill. Pair Dental has relationships with independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for specialty providers like you to help improve patient care. Specialists generally get paid on a 50/50 split of adjusted production with the practice and typically produce $6,000 - $12,000 depending on a variety of factors. **How it work**s: After you've had a chance to meet and select some practices you'd like to work with, we'll continue to support the relationship by managing treatment days, setting payment terms, and billing the practice on your behalf.
