  As an OR Robotics Lead Registered Nurse you must be detail oriented, flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat, adept with technical skills, a team player, and must have excellent communication skills. You must also be able to think critically in a fast-paced, challenging environment. There are many surgical sub-specialties for learning, including neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, trauma, pediatrics, oncology, general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, ear/nose/throat, dental, orthopedics, plastic and reconstructive, and transplant surgery.

• Patient safety and satisfaction are our number one priority Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Director and/or Manager of Perioperative Services the role of the OR Robotics Lead is to supervise patient care administered by RNs, surgical Techs and support services. The Team Lead serves the nursing needs of the selected groups of surgical patients by providing oversight of direct patient care; education of patients, families and staff. This position will develop guidelines, maintain accuracy of surgeons preference cards, implement necessary research, monitor patient outcomes, provide oversight of staff and coordinate equipment and supply needs as well as provide nursing administrative support. Hours: Two shifts working 6am-6pm and One shift working 6am-2:30pm per week. Qualifications What Qualifications You Will Need
  • CurrentRN license or compact license; Bachelors Degree or RN Diploma required.
