innovative and comprehensive residency program for new grads
designed specifically for you!
Take a look at this video We invite new graduates toapply for a
unique opportunity to receive didactic and clinical training
inalmost all areas of nursing. This program will allow new
graduates to obtainexperience through an intensive internship
program and then transition to staffroles.
The program consist of didactic,on-line coursework & simulation
lab. During the first part of the trainingtime (first 5-11 weeks),
the schedule will be Monday- Friday, with 40 hour workweeks at a
centralized location. Most days will be in typical business hours
(8AM- 5 PM). The 2nd part is preceptorship at the hospital you were
hired for;shifts will transition to 12 hours.
The start date of theprogram will be in the January 11th, 2021.
All who successfully completethe StaRN program will transition into
full-time roles at hospital &department they are selected for
during the initial interview process.
The StaRN program comes witha 2 year commitment with the facility
and department thatsponsored them into the program. If a candidate
chooses to leave the facilitybefore the 2 year commitment is
fulfilled, they will be required to meet apro-rated monetary
responsibility
