Requirements:
State License Required: LA
Education: MD/DO
BC or BE Required: Board Certified or Eligible preferred but not required
CPR certification

Facility Details:
Details of the Opportunity: Family or Internal Medicine Physician
Dates/Schedule needed: ASAP
Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Average Caseload: 18-22 per day
Patient Population: 16 and up, set appointments

Additional details:
Rate Range: $205,000-$235,000 per year
