Apply today for our New Graduate Nurse opening and continue to learn!Job Summary and QualificationsClinical Preceptorship - Conducted at the hospital - State-of-the-art simulation including comprehensive debriefs - Certifications needed for each unit - Training on charting systems - You will be assigned a one-on-one preceptor to train you and acclimate you to your role - Regular development meetings between the resident, their preceptor and their Director - Customized Coaching/Onboarding report for clinical preceptorship -The schedule is typically three (3)---12 hour shifts at the hospital - Continued professional development through routine interactions with a mentor (meet at least once a month) What qualifications you will need: - Graduated or graduating from an accredited school of nursing Louisiana State approved temporary/permanent RN License or valid compact license from permanent state of residenceRegistered Nurse, ADN or BSN This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
