Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.Registered Nurse, RN, R.N.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Licenses/Certification: Current RN - Registered Nurse license from the Louisiana Department of Health required.
