If this sounds like the opportunity that you've been looking for, apply for this position today!Primary Responsibilities: Personal Assistant / CNA, 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am and Weekends onlySupports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progressAssists residents with memory and performance improvement programsLight housekeeping and laundryAssists with dining as needed or directed by leadership teamAssists with activities to keep residents engaged and happyEducation/Experience/ Licensure/Certification: Personal Assistant / CNAMust have a caring heart and willingness to serve othersHigh School Diploma/GED EquivalentCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirementCPR/First Aid, preferredMust be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidaysExperience working with older adults preferredAbility to bend, stoop, carry, and lift light to moderate itemsMust be able to assist with mobility support and transfer assistanceCompassion, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team playerEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesIf this sounds like an opportunity for you, we would love to meet you!
