Description: SUMMARY The LSU Healthcare Network is a non-profit,

Reimbursement INTRODUCTION We are looking for a dedicated Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide excellent care
to our patients. As a LPN, you will be part of a team of healthcare
professionals that is committed to delivering the highest quality
of care to our patients. Your primary role is to provide basic
nursing care and assist with patient care activities. As a LPN, you
will be responsible for monitoring patient vitals, administering
medications, providing treatments, and helping with patient
education. You must possess excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, along with a desire to serve our patients and
their families with the utmost respect and compassion. JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES - Assess patient health issues and provide
appropriate care and advice - Monitor and record patient vital
signs and medical information - Administer medications, wound care,
and other treatments as prescribed by physicians - Assist
physicians with examinations and procedures - Collect patient
health histories - Educate patients and families about health
maintenance and disease prevention - Maintain patient
confidentiality - Ensure patient safety and comfort - Provide
emotional support to patients and families - Monitor and order
medical supplies and medications - Participate in team meetings and
training sessions Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - High
School Diploma or GED - Successful completion of an accredited LPN
Program - 1-2 Years Hospital or Clinic Experience Preferred CORE

accurate patient records - Ability to multitask and prioritize -
Ability to work with a variety of patients - Ability to work

anatomy and physiology CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS -
Current LA LPN license required - Current CPR Certification
