Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Hospice RN to join our team, working a unique schedule of 7 days on
followed by 7 days off. Situated in the heart of the Southeast, we
provide top-tier hospice and palliative care designed to offer
dignity and comfort to our patients during their most critical
times. This position requires a keen sensitivity to the needs of
the terminally ill and an ability to provide support to their

care, this role is for you. Provide nursing care to hospice
patients in various settings, ensuring compliance with Agape Care
Group’s policies and the highest standards of care. Develop and
review care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team,
adapting to patient needs as required. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Support patients
and their families emotionally and provide education on end-of-life
care and coping strategies. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Participate in
professional development sessions and team meetings to ensure
up-to-date knowledge in hospice care practices. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to provide
empathetic, patient-centered care Proficiency in documentation and
patient management software Expertise in symptom management
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess
a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) preferred,
but not required.
