Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in New Orleans, Louisiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 4x10 hour shifts plus on-call responsibilities /n• Weekend schedule: Work 3 twelve-hour shifts either Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday /n• On-call required with 30-minute response time /n• Primary call on one weekend night then flip to secondary the next night /n• Must have scrub experience and maintain sterile field /n• Travel experience required /n• Minimum 2 years' experience required (1 year experience acceptable with neuro and scrub experience) /n• Neuro IR experience preferred but not required /n• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS, State licensed /n• Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics /n• Experience with Epic charting system required /n• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred /n• Must be available for Emergency Team assignments during emergency events /n• Ability to work with specialized equipment including fluoro equipment, US equipment, procedural CT scanner, and various ablation machines /n• Daily census of approximately 30 patients in 5-room facility /n• Must maintain distance requirement of over 65 miles from facility address /n/n Facility: /n This major healthcare facility features a comprehensive 700-bed medical center with advanced interventional radiology capabilities. The facility provides specialized care for complex conditions including oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, and various other medical specialties.
