Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Baton Rouge, LA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,182 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70809! Job Title: OR Circulator RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience required License: Current state or compact licensure required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Travel experience is required. Proficiency in all service lines with the exception of heart, vascular, and total joint is essential. Strong robotic experience (Da Vinci X) is mandatory. Experience in general, urology, and plastics is required. Description: The OR Circulator RN must have travel experience. This position requires working three 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. One weekend of call per six-week schedule is expected. Daily expectations include room turnover, pulling for cases, and managing supplies, including stocking rooms. The traveler may be floated to the Main OR based on volume to staff cases, provide relief, and turnover cases as needed. Experience with endoscopic sinus procedures, laparoscopic assisted cases, and various surgical procedures is required. Experience with minor orthopedic, ENT, and gynecologic cases is also essential. The department operates as a hospital outpatient department, not an ambulatory surgery center.
