This position is ideal for a passionate Registered Nurse who thrives in high-pressure environments and aims to deliver superior patient care in critical conditions. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient's vital signs, assess signs and symptoms, and quickly respond to life-saving situations. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with protocols. Liaise with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate holistic treatment. Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive measures. Proficient in using high-tech hospital equipment. Arterial line placement, ventilator management. Strong critical thinking and crisis management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
