working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional
Radiology RN in New Orleans, Louisiana, 70121! Job Title:
Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse Profession: Registered
Nurse Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years in specialty
required License: Compact or state license required Certifications:
ACLS required BLS required CPI preferred NIHSS preferred Must-Have:
Experience with cerebral angiography, carotid angiography, and
neurologic thrombolysis Conscious sedation experience required
Telemetry experience required Ability to handle workload
independently and jump in immediately No first-time travelers
Description: Candidates must be aware of the potential for
emergency assignments. Responsibilities may include working with an
"Emergency Team." Staffing ratio is 1:6, with an average daily
census of 5-6 patients per room. Overnight call rotation will be
required. Candidates may need to float within the unit. Coverage is
required every other weekend. Experience with Epic charting system
is required. The role involves collaboration with attendings,
fellows, and residents. Preferred skills include experience in a
Level 1 trauma center, scrub experience, and neuro IR experience.
ICU, ED, or tele step-down experience is preferred. Candidates must
be prepared to meet the required certifications before starting.
NURSYS Reports must be up to date. References are needed prior to
