Position Highlights Premier Outpatient Practice : Join an established primary care clinic (1 physician + 2 experienced NPs). Pure outpatient focus with sustainable 2030 patients per day . Help capture market share from local private groups in a supportive, growing health system environment. Exceptional Work-Life Balance : MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM schedule with true 4- or 4.5-day workweek options . No hospital rounding. No ER call. Light phone-only practice call (1:8 rotation, app-based after answering service triage do not have to come in). Proven High-Volume Team : Current physician and both NPs rank in the top 1% for earnings and productivity. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Earnings: Base salary with uncapped RVU-based productivity (strong upside current physician exceeds 22,000 RVUs annually). Day 1 Bonus : $25,000 sign-on bonus .
