Internal Medicine Physician (Internist)

• Premier Outpatient Practice : Join an established primary care clinic (1 physician + 2 experienced NPs). Pure outpatient focus with sustainable 20-30 patients per day . Help capture market share from local private groups in a supportive, growing health system environment.
• Exceptional Work-Life Balance : Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with true 4- or 4.5-day workweek options . No hospital rounding. No ER call. Light phone-only practice call (1:8 rotation, app-based after answering service triage - do not have to come in).
• Proven High-Volume Team : Current physician and both NPs rank in the top 1% for earnings and productivity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Earnings: Base salary with uncapped RVU-based productivity (strong upside - current physician exceeds 22,000 RVUs annually).
• Day 1 Bonus : $25,000 sign-on bonus .
• Relocation Support : $10,000 paid relocation assistance.
• Student Loan Repayment : scaled to your debt load - ideal for new graduates.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• New graduates and residents finishing training are highly encouraged and ideal : we will help you build a thriving practice from day one.
