Job Description:
An established New Orleans artisan bread bakery is seeking an
experienced baker to oversee our production team starting as soon
as possible. This is a wholesale business currently producing 3
days per week. We produce breads for delivery to a wide range of
hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets. We use the highest quality
ingredients, and our customers consistently expect the highest
quality products.Applicant must have:3-5 years in artisan
bakingProfessional work ethic and reliable performanceAbility to
work effectively with a team in a diverse work environmentReliable
transportationPassion for teachingStrong attention to detailSolid
math and reading skillsSales experience a plusJob Type: 3 days a
