Job Description:

Line cooks will need to prepare menu items following the Chef de Cuisine's recipes and guidelines at Link Restaurant Group. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Below are your duties and requirements:

  • Be able to set up and work line stations efficiently
  • Complete daily station preparation promptly
  • Consistently follow recipes and execute menu items
  • Work professionally with kitchen staff
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist in weekly kitchen deep cleaning
  • Taste food as needed
  • Adhere to food and kitchen safety protocols
  • Enhance culinary skillsSkills & Requirements:
    • At least one year of kitchen experience preferred
    • Basic knife skills
    • Sanitation and food safety knowledge
    • Passion for food and hospitalityPhysical Demands
      • The physical requirements include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently. Accommodations are available if needed.Job duties may vary, Link Restaurant Group can modify responsibilities as needed.
