Job Description:

Overview Under the direction of the AGMSr. Manager - Human Resources this position will perform a variety of human resources clerical duties at the corporate level. Responsibilities Provides clerical support to human resources staff Respond to routine HR inquiries Responsible for maintaining active and terminated employee files and conducting annual audit of same Reviews tuition reimbursement request and submits for approval. Responsible for setting up users with HR vendors. Enters new hire data and employee life cycle changes into the human resources information system and time tracking system. Review and reconcile invoices received for HR and remit for approval Maintain and update all required forms dealing with but not limited to employment & wage verifications, unemployment claims, WOTC and subpoenas Assist locations with shut down process Travel to start up locations to assist with onboarding and other start up processes. Point of contact for Corporatefield HR communication Maintains confidentiality of all information Assist with day to day HR operations Serves as back up to HR Generalist Other duties as required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required. College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related business field preferred. Experience : One year of relevant office experience required. 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources preferred. ADP experience preferred. Skills and Knowledge Required: Knowledge of basic human resource practices, including human resource compliance and regulatory environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Good written and oral communication skills. Travel requirement: 25%.
