Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting technical roles throughout North America. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners across DXC to fully understand talent needs. The ideal individual will have a high sense of urgency, handle multiple competing priorities, and have the ability to develop authentic relationships. You must be passionate about identifying the right technical talent that aligns with our company culture to help drive transformation in our respective businesses. This position is open to remote working opportunities Essential Job Functions

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting for several accounts across North America; partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, assess external/internal candidates to meet business needs.
  • Consult and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions and maintaining a high level of communication
  • Gather, and analyze supply/demand of talent, the labor market and compensation hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data to help influence positive change
  • Manage the candidate engagement while providing a positive experience and maintaining responsive communication. Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps attract talent.
  • Build, and communicate effective sourcing strategies and use research techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract a diverse slate of quality candidates both internally and externally
  • Adhere to and guide internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process
  • Stay abreast/research new recruiting technology that will drive efficiencies and eliminate waste.
  • Collaboration amongst HR team and business partners to understand the organizations' talent position, identify gaps, and build short and long-term recruiting strategies/initiatives Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 1+ years of successful Technical recruiting (corporate, or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Experience with relationship management, specifically cultivating and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with key customers
    • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world-class candidate experience
    • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers Other Qualifications
      • Strong communication and presentation skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on employment issues
      • Strong interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidates and gathering information for hiring decisions
      • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining rapport with referral sources and surrounding community
      • Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns and developing and applying solutions
      • Strong organization and time management skills
      • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
      • Good ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
      • Good ability to work independently and as part of a team
