The Human Resources (HR) Investigator position is located is the OPSO Office of Human Resources Human Resources Department, and reports to the Director of Human Resources. The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of task and functions to include by not limited to Conducing Background Investigations, Performing Criminal and Civil Background Checks, Verification of Qualifying Credentials, Administering Fingerprinting Analysis, Verification and Interview of Applicant References, Administering Certified Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA) Examinations, Reviewing and Analyzing Applicant Calls to OPSO Residents (Inmates), Conducting Employee Complaint Intake, Conducting Investigations and performing other task as assigned. This position is non-exempt.
