The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part Time Student-Human Resources for John Deere Thibodaux located in Thibodaux, LA , you will...

• 
  
• 
  Produce a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes
  
  
• 
  Enter data into appropriate spreadsheets and databases, and prepares reports as directed
  
  
• 
  Update and maintain databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others
  
  
• 
  Maintain various reports to assist with reconciliation and/or to assist with correcting errors
  
  
  This position is not available to students on immigration visas.
  What Skills You Need
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline; others may apply
    
    
  • 
    Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university
    
    
  • 
    Graduation date of May 2024 or later
    
    
  • 
    Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
    
    
  • 
    Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
    
    
  • 
    Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
    
    
  • 
    Must be able to commute to the work location in Thibodaux, LA, on a daily basis year-round
