Job Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Director for our
client in their New Orleans area operations.
The qualified individual will have 10+ years of experience in Human
Resources Leadership in construction, demolition manufacturing,
distribution setting or other heavy industry company.COMPENSATION:
$150k to 180k plus bonus
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business,
Organization Development.
MUST HAVE:
Multi-site experience
MUST HAVE: Extensive knowledge and experience in training,
employment law, organizational planning, organization development,
compensation, employee relations, safety, (Preventive labor
relations preferred)
MUST BE:
Bilingual English-Spanish speakerRESPONSIBILITIES:

Enable growth through people by ensuring there is an effective
organization leadership

Working hand in hand with senior leadership to lead the activities
of the regions Human Resource team

Strategic resource & capability planning
-
Ensure that employee resources with the right skills are available
to support
business strategiew
-
Oversee recruitment activities
-
Oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development
of Human Resources programs
-
Deliver a a complete set of Human Resources service to the Southern
region (Recruitment, benefits, training & development, compensation
and performance management)
-
Handle the day to day issues related to payroll, and employee
benefits are handled efficiently through personal and team
efforts
-
Advise managers on employee and labor policies (ADA and FMLA)
-
Ensure that disciplinary matters and termination are handled
properly

Recommend, Establish and drive KPIs, and develop insights to
influence organization's strategiesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, Organization
Development, or related)

Extensive knowledge and experience in training, employment law,
organizational planning, organization development, compensation,
employee relations, safety, (Preventive labor relations
preferred)

Experience of having led HR projects in a multi-site environment,
ideally within heavy industry

Broad generalist HR background
-
Bilingual English-Spanish speaker
