OverviewATSS Engineering has a client in Louisiana looking for an Oracle Applications Developer.This position could be worked from Lockport, Mandeville, or Harvey.Responsibilities include:--- Gathering and analyzing business requirements/system requirements--- Work with the business functional areas to research and identify the best technical solution to support the most efficient business process--- Documenting technical specifications/requirements--- Adhere to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures including Oracle A.I.M. Methodology--- Produce unit test scripts and support all testing activities--- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills--- Must be able to communicate effectively and work with team members and members of other functional teams to coordinate and meet deliverables--- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervisionRequirements:--- 3 years Oracle EBS functional development experience focusing on HR, Payroll, Procurement, Financials, Fixed Assets and Project Costing--- PL/SQL development involving Oracle EBS Time and Labor, Human Resources and Financials suites including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flow--- Hands on experience in development using best practices and standards on Oracle technologies--- A proven track record developing and documenting systems requirements, and designing, prototyping and testing under multiple deadlines--- Must have experience interfacing with functional end-users in developing required programs--- Skilled at technical problem solving and software change management--- R12, Toad experience a plus--- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
