Job Description:
A company is looking for a Wireless and Broadband Training
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales
associates on AT&T Wireless products and services
Design and create engaging training courses that align with
organizational goals
Deliver dynamic sales training presentations to diverse audiences
in a retail sales environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in presentation and training
curriculum development related to wireless or consumer electronics
sales
Knowledge of wireless and fiber broadband internet, preferably
AT&T
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing
tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Ability to travel for multi-day training sessions as needed
