The Moeller Firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated paralegal/office manager.--The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and writing skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe, and be able to perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Tasks to be performed on a regular basis include, but are not limited to:* Perform administrative tasks such as calendaring litigation events, important deadlines, and directing and coordinating law office activity to maintain smooth daily operation* Document management and organization: maintaining and updating case files as needed and organizing documents* Draft and prepare documents pertaining to litigation such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and the ability to perform both hard copy and online document review with great attention to detailPlease submit a resume with professional references to Claire McKenna: claire@moellerfirm.com.We are looking for someone to start in February or March of 2021.
