Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to manage
legal-related commercial work for Mission Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Manage the contract process with customers, partners, and
vendors
Advise on legal issues related to commercial terms and support
various business teams
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of
the state bar
8-10 years of attorney experience, including 3+ years in-house in
the software or technology industry
Ability to negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts
Understanding of indemnification and data governance laws such as
GDPR and CCPA
Knowledge of privacy and data security law
