Workers' Compensation | Insurance Defense NEW ORLEANS ATTORNEY A
well-established, AV-rated, full service law firm known for
providing high quality litigation is seeking a 3-5 years' Associate
Attorney with a Workers' Compensation focus and skillset, ready to
hit the ground running, with experience taking and defending
depositions, negotiating, legal research, writing motions,
pleadings, preparing and arguing motions. This role involves
supporting a highly rated WC Defense attorney and expanding their
growing team. Minimum 3-5 years' of Workers' Comp experience
required, with the ability and enthusiasm to help guide clients
through case process. The successful candidate will be a positive,
self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and
joining a team of Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers in America.
