What You Will Be Doing - Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial - Work on complex property and injury cases - Draft pleadings and conduct depositions - Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials - Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis What You Need for this Position - 3 Years of Experience as an Attorney (Personal Injury background preferred) - J.D.
