Job Description:

Under broad administrative review from the Chancellor and the Chief Counsel, the incumbent shall supervise the planning, development, direction, and oversight of all compliance activities within the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans and shall work with the Chief Counsel to help internal stakeholders meet the needs of the Office of Compliance Programs.The incumbent shall be informed and aware of compliance related issues and the incumbent's primary function shall be to prevent, detect and resolve instances of conduct that do not conform to federal and state law, federal and state private payer health care program requirements, technical and professional billing and research requirements, as well as policies of the LSU Health Sciences Center.Minimum Qualifications: Louisiana State Bar License; Professional level experience at a top law firm, in-house department or university with a primary focus on compliance and privacy.LSU Health Sciences Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer for females, minorities, individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.The Advocate .
