About the position
The Director of Facilities Management provides leadership for
facilities maintenance, engineering, grounds, mail, and laundry.
This position is responsible for providing services, repair and
maintenance to ensure the safe, comfortable, and efficient
operation of the hospital. This position is subject to extended
hours and emergency call back.
A Bachelor's degree with a job-related major is required.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated facilities management
experience in healthcare or similar industry. Professional license
such as a registered engineer or architect preferred.
An Associate degree, trade school diploma, CHFM certification
with 7 years of demonstrated facilities management experience in
healthcare or similar industry may be accepted in lieu of a
